• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Engage in fraudulent internship activities.
Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

Participation in any internship does not guarantee employment or future placement unless specifically stated by the organizing institution.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content including software, graphics, branding, documentation, workflows, logos, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Stentorian Foundation or their respective owners.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
7. User Content
Users retain ownership of the information and documents submitted by them.
However, users authorize SFIMS to process, store, review, verify, and display such information where required for internship administration and legal compliance.
8. Privacy
Collection and processing of personal information shall be governed by the SFIMS Privacy Policy.
Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before using the platform.
9. Account Suspension
SFIMS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:
